    Powerful technology, if you dedicate yourself to get to know the product

    Overall Comment

    It took a little bit of time to become acquainted with the system and it has a lot of functionality. Once we were able to get a strong understanding, we realized the powerful capabilities it provided and were able to utilize these.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take a look at capabilities to determine if they will work for your company. Not all marketing automation vendors are the same and some work better with certain organizations

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    I love the ability to be able to see the results from various marketing campaigns, be able to see scoring on individuals, and share the results with the sales team. This allows them to be more efficient and effective when determining the priority on who they should call.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Had more of a local presence and would be able to assist more in person

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Created a support structure that allowed more regional support as this takes dedicated support to keep running at a high level
