Good basics with room to grow

Support on application issues was slow during our initial rollout. However, after many discussions with SAP they improved their responsiveness and time to resolve. Overall, the application provides the basic functionality we need with growth potential for more advanced functionality as we grow in our usage and SAP grows in their platform offering.

These customizations come with a cost, so there is a need for careful assessment and evaluation of these before committing to them. The user experience also has some opportunities, so it's important to consider user perspective when implementing new functions.
