The small business version lacks features, but it's the best lead manager around

Lack of features for our version. The leap to get more features for our size company is not feasible without expanding our team first. For example, we should be able to create multiple email campaign based on lead source.


Prospective student records were easy, existing students were difficult to manage/track

Very flexible system and a great CRM from a cloud perspective. It became very difficult for multiple users to work files at the same time, and it was challenging to move the record from one division to the other (ie. prospective student to existing student) without losing information.
