    Good product based on old technology. Define integration needs and understand technology.

    Integration was slow. Does not follow standard formats.

    Understand integration technology and ECM standard formats and interoperability before selecting platform.

    Simple.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better integration plan.

    Ensure consultants knew how to integrate software.
