    Great visuals but a little difficult to complete daily activities such as adding hardware.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be sure that you are not looking for a workflow tool.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Visual effects.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    no workflow.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Create the ability to use as a workflow for MAC work.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Evaluate more products.

    Support is expensive.

    Much harder to implement than was lead to believe.
