Ongoing support was lacking. Upgrades were serial and annoying.
Consider the goals of DCIM carefully and only implement what is required for your goals.
The GUI is getting out of date.
Provide a free upgrade path from physical appliances to virtual.
Purchase different meters for the ATS switches.
Phone and email support are short and curt. I have had to call multiple times to get the answer I eventually required. Finding me and my company in their DB is time consuming every time we call.

Schneider was willing to work with us on all problems, from the mundane to complicated.
Wait for a few implementations before you jump in.
Effectively monitors and provides data for reporting and strategic planning.
Interoperability with other struxureware products, particularly on the BMS side, is slow to roll out.
Better initial documentation would have been greatly appreciated.
We would wait until several versions had been released and bugs ironed out.
