The vendor was very to work with and accomodating because we were an early adopter.

After initial deployment there were code issues that caused outages. Cisco stepped up and help correct those issues. We did have to roll back our code ver, unfortunately. That code had a bug that Cisco admitted to having to correct. This meant a lot to me when Cisco came forward and admitted the issue and corrected the issue also.

The product was delivered in a timely fashion and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and performance.

We have been a CISCO shop for more than 15 years so we are quite comfortable with their products. We moved from a 6509 on our core to the Nexus 9K.

The UCM went in easily. Had some minor difficulties with WIFI phones - turned out to be WAC related issues. The only thing we have found that we do not care for is how paging in handled by a third party application that requires additional licensing. Miss the old days of having an analog output to a paging amplifier/system. Otherwise, things went smoothly.

Support has been excellent, as well as warranty service. New enough in our area to be challenging when primary support is unavailable.

Cisco stepped in and helped support the platform, but the 3rd party support from Universal E-Business was required to help correct issues with Cisco TAC's misunderstanding of their own platform. It really was a collaborative engagement that ultimately proved succesful in delivering the desired architecture.
