The key positive factors in my relationship with Adeptia are 1) The strength of their technical team. 2) Their responsiveness when issues arise. Every vendor product is going to have issues from time to time. Adeptia sets themselves apart by their willingness to tackle the issue head on without trying to play the blame game. We have also used them yo help us create some of our processes when we had a backlog of projects.
Take the time to talk to their technical staff. They know their stuff.
The stability of the platform.
Nothing. Any issues we did have were small and were handled promptly.
