Demonstrated high level of intellectual property in the supply chain space. Very easy to work with in the sales cycle. Extreme responsiveness during implementation.
Vet the technical realities of connecting to FusionOps in the cloud with internal IT early.
Compatibility with our SAP implementation and ease of use.
Offering for APO is not yet fully developed, requiring co-development to realize value.
Be more specific about availability of new features. We've been told things were completed, but they had not been commercialized, and that process has taken longer than I was led to believe.
This implementation has been very smooth so far. Knowing what we know now, we would have started on the contracting process earlier, since SaaS analytics solutions are new to us. For the same reason, the technical details for connecting to the FusionOps cloud could have been addressed earlier by bringing the right people, on our side, into the discussion.
Scope of KPIs is very broad in the supply chain area. Ability to integrate disparate data across SAP modules (and outside) is very strong. Performance seems very good. User experience and intuitiveness is very good.
Outstanding responsiveness. Utilizes a great collaboration tool, called Bootcamp, to work with customers during the implementation process.
Extremely smooth, quick, and easy implementation. This is quite a feat in a company with a very tight control on its SAP implementation. FusionOps promised data in Two weeks, and they beat that!
