    Implementation in a grid mode was some kind of a journey.

    Do a PoC to reduce your implementation risk.

    The product has evolved well.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    No, we needed to move from our previous versions to evolve to a grid mode implementation

    Seeting up in a grid environment was kind of a challenge since it was new to us.

    IBM's willingness to bring people on-site to help with specific problems at their cost was outstanding. They have created a committed and loyal customer base through their services.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Patience and committment. Assign people to implement this as it is not a side role.

    Intuitive interface for end users.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing yet.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    IBM can do most things. They promise a lot to be very simple but it never is very simple.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Work more closely with Global entities on selling the idea.
