    Supports our needs, Nationally.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Test the user communities. Some have less success of proofing than others (military etc.).

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Saves time manually processing identities.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Limitations for International Id proofing but this feature is getting better every day.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    All Good.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Jump directly to web services rather than web form services.
