Product worked as expected. We were very early adopters so the vendor was not clear on the exact features involved at the price point. Caused some animosity. Implementation was easy. Really just turn it on and it worked. No help needed from the vendor. Some features could be better explained. Updating of contacts was expected each year. That seems not to be the case any longer.

Great experience, we were dealt with in a timely manner, a lot of thought went into design and migration of existing data. I wish, in hindsight, that we knew the full breadth of the application upfront, as that would have been better for us to make decisions out of the gate. I also found that with the data.com integration, we were provided names and contact info for prospects that had moved on. The integrity of those leads was not stellar and we had to clean up a lot of bad data. And it seems counter productive to clean up bad data that you are paying for!!

Easy to work with and directly integrates with CRM. Small implementation project. Sales likes the tool, though they say that there are others that provide better data.

Support is not ideal. You have to climb up through many levels of support until you get to someone who knows the platform and can help you. First level of support is just someone who appears to be reading off a screen.

Overall experience was great with both client and vendor, always responsive when needed for questions/concerns.
