    Excellent vision, very good implementation

    Overall Comment

    Planning and pre-live processes are detailed for an enterprise installation, which makes it difficult to show even small amounts of ROI early on. But long-term vision is very appealing!

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Temper ROI expectations, as enterprise integration will unfold over multiple years.

    Industry leading.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    None.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Vendor was challenged to provide chase studies of similar integrations in our market space.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Would follow the same path.
