Some product problems hindered the implementation and delayed it but as we gained a better understanding of the product and they fixed the bugs and we were OK.
Make sure that you implement a stable mature release and if you have issues, make sure that you press Talend for fixes quickly.
Works well for MDM and integrates well with data integration functionality to update other systems effectively and timely.
Problems encountered were frustrating and it took longer for them to fix them than our plan allowed for.
Respond quicker with problem resolution.
Allow more time for planning, configuration and testing according to user requirements.
We felt that they could have responded quicker with fixes. It was a newer release but we pay for support.
