The implementation was rough, but once we went live and transferred to nCino support it has been nothing short of excellent.

The Finacle software is practically very useful since its provides security as well as a user friendly interface to provide an optimum solutiin as per query.

We are using the platform for the five last year and very pleased with support and services we get from the vendor in relation to localization and integration with multiple systems and processes.

Extremely professional people with prompt responses and attention to all matters with a positive attitude . Solutions oriented .They have a very structured approach in discussing the solution , during contracting as well as during the entire project management period for implementation . Their approach to training as well as supporting the infrastructure set up before go-live has been exceptionally commendable as we faced no issue at all and the coordination between the two teams have been seamless . Their staff at every level / department are knowledgeable and have an excellent command over their product . They have dealt with us with a "can-do" , "make-it-happen" attitude and approach and always went beyond their remit / the extra mile to respond to all queries and provide us with solutions , for a smooth and successful implementation . In fact we put them under tremendous pressure due to the strict timelines that we were following and they were ever-willing to meet our needs , worked extra hours , as well as during weekly offs , as also during the Covid-19 crisis period working remotely , without any hitch ! Interactions with them have always been positive and helpful . we can confidently recommend their product to any bank / financial institution who is looking to digitalize their business as well as back office processes in an agile and flexible manner with quick time to market . Another important plus that Appway product carries , is their comparative cost effectiveness , which is a huge criteria in today's economic scenario . Backbase was an excellent partner in supporting their product, but also KeyBank's vision and overall goals for our online experience and market presence. They partnered with produced enhancements that were required for us to meet goals and optimize their platform for overall development and positive client impact. We aligned our timeline and overall delivery plan to create subject expertise within our organization to allow sustainability but ensure we could grow and support Backbase’s platform. The platform is extremely powerful and installed internally - therefore, we needed to be in a position to support, but scale the platform within our infrastructure and organization. This timeline allowed us to establish a strong partnership and knowledge transfer, which has put us in a position to sustain development and growth without heavy professional services. However - as we look towards strategic plans, we invite Backbase to the table to ensure success and continued platform growth to support our continued development/delivery needs.

Five Degrees showed true partnership. Both Five Degrees and Knab were at the start, start-up companies. The downside of such a situation was that both organisation had aspects of immaturity. The upside however was that on both sides true passion, entrepreneurial spirit and the attitude to do the utmost was assured. With that mentality it was possible to overcome problems and develop strategies towards the future.

The my|Gemini platform we implemented proved to be a robust and modular solution that suited us perfectly covering all our substantial needs. Internet banking solution together with its reusable integration layer and other key modules (notification center, authentication & authorization module, user setup) fits perfectly into our architecture and moved our bank into the Digital era proper. Through 5+ years of mutual experience with BSC as the vendor, we managed to achieve a truly win-win cooperation model based on delivery, pragmatic goals-focused approach, and informal relationships at both managerial and expert levels. What I really appreciate is that our needs as clients have been reflected and we have been treated with respect and understanding. Overall, we're glad to have chosen BSC and its my|Gemini platform as our key partner for development of our digital banking channels.

Appzillon Solution and the team has given their fullest co-operation and support for all kind of improvisation of the application. We are happy with the way solution / app is shaped till date.

overall it was a successfull implementation, anyways digital transformation is dynamic adoptability for new requirements in a shorter time frams were challenging.

CR2 provides a very complete omnichannel solution incorporating ATM, Digital and Branch channels. What I liked was that Bankworld includes extensive data management capabilities which allow very rich services to be delivered to end-users.

The experience so for is very good. The tool is providing a solution for many of our digital requirements in a user friendly layout

Veritran provides with the platform and technological solutions necessary for us to have an impact in the market.

NCR's approach for integrations and entire migration process was second to none. They used years of experience to insure internal and external experience was not interrupted and final product was of high quality. The Quarterly roadmap is full of new features and functionality that customers can choose to implement if they wish.

Engagement level was high, some areas of development took longer than anticipated due to technical barriers with another 3rd party platform

In general I don't think that FIS is very proactive when it comes to adapting to new financial regulations and guidlines. They are also not top of the class when it comes to using new technical platforms.

System was deployed with no major issues and team were very coorperative and professional. Internet banking channel in V2 needs more enhancement and this is why we didn't replace the current internet banking provider yet (planned to be included in the v3 upgrade project).
