    Implementation Okay; Post Implementation Struggles

    Overall Comment

    Overall implementation was good with 3rd party provider. However lacked training on product and not enough interaction with AC vendor. Difficult at times to get responses from vendor post implementation.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure you know how this will integrate with your website and your back-end systems.

    Integrated easily with our CMS choice

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Complexities in integration to our Association Management System

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    More hands-on training for team and more technical training.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would vet more vendors from a digital commerce perspective. Not sure we got a total view of market space from our 3rd party solution provider.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Support has been spoty and you are required to be "certified" to talk to submit a ticket.
