    For future implementations you must include IBM as part of the design phase

    The License cost was very high. IBM wasnt involved in the implementation so after the go live problems they werent present helping us

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be aware about licence fees ando how spike events can affect your budget spend.

    Functionallity , cover most of our requirements with minimum gaps

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Technical complexity on the overall environment

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Work as a partner rather a trnasactional vendor.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    1. IBM involved as part of the project . Must be owner of some part of the project .Particularlly , design phase. 2. find a trustable partner for the implementation ( building phase) and for the daily future maintnance
