JDA has gone through many updates in customer service philosophy as Amway continued to purchase additional JDA software applications. At that time, Amway became top tier customer and received much better customer service and PD support.

Working with JDA provided a smooth implementation of the Advanced Warehouse Replenishment application. As we were expanding our DC capabilities we needed the ability to purchase product into the warehouse. JDA met this challenge and integrated with our Advanced Store Replenishment solution to extend our capabilities and meet our customer demand. From pre-sale to planning and implementation the process went very smoothly with little or no unexpected issues.
