    Implementation was solid but needed more time to train business owners

    JDA Consulting services team was knowledgable and provided guidance on business rules and processes

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Review infrastructure and set up for future strategies. Work with business users to capture future strategies vs immediate needs.

    JDA has very responsive customer service and support.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Advised on how to allocate by size and individual pack vs. style number

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Modify infrastructure. Version 7.7 was installed on 2.2 database.
