Vendor's responsiveness to problems is consistently poor. Vendor is not, in any way, proactive. No assistance with planning and growth are offered by vendor even though that was one of their selling points. Too many problems. Too few solutions. Many turnovers at vendor, especially in key positions. Vendor makes it a habit of attempting to charge the customer to fix errors they create.
