    Ease of implementation for a very robust and mature product.

    This is a very mature product and working with the vendor we had a smooth implementation and were able to meet the needs of our customer.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Consider costs and additional gateways required for external customer access data collections.

    Ease of use for our customers.

    Cost

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Help us scope out how to handle additional data repositories with legacy targets.

    Quick resolution to any issues. However we have had very few problems and little need for support.
