There was some team turnover that led to a few issues. Overall, we were satisfied with our overall experience. There were many limitations as to how to implement and migrate data and ensuring that we could meet internal standards and best practice standards such as test environments and data migrations from multiple applications that were difficult to test prior to going live. In the end, we had to go-live with our bad data and clean it up afterward. Now that the data is cleaned up, the system itself works; however, there are many things such as silent hold processes and integrations that lead us to believe that Zapproved hasn't dealt with larger companies such as ours with a high level of legal matters.
