For Brazil the system it s expensive, because the prices are in USD and also we have to pay additional taxes because COUPA does not have a registered company locally, that's one of the biggest reasons why I gave a lower star to scalability. 
The usability of the system is really good, we do not have problems with integration or maintenance, the COUPA service desk is can solve issues, sometimes it takes more time than usual , that s why I gave 4 stars to that.
