The biggest challenge is managing version updates. Dropbox doesn't do an efficient job the process flow for collaboration and version integrity

We needed to replace Egnyte which was slow and cumbersome, sometimes one had to download particular clients / APIs, particularly for geographically spread out offices, and traveling executives. The Dropbox solution is robust and reliable, and great compatibility with other tools. In addition, we have found it much easier to share documents with clients.

Overall excellent experience. Works seamlessly with our processes and improves teamwork efficiencies and results. Minor problems with transition from individual to business level solution, and with limitations built into the application that make it difficult to change ownership when employees leave. However, tech support from supplier resolved the most pressing of these issues.

The vendor is good to work with but they had a hard time understanding out needs. The solution they provided did not fulfill our requirements even after clearly stating our needs during the pre-sales process.

Dropbox has streamlined communication with new and updated documents. Dropbox allows access to all employees by computer or mobile device. It has made sure that all employees have the correct and most up to date information.
