Sales vendor knew her product and provided external technology support as needed during sales meetings. Very appreciative of that help. Implementation has had snags and tech support has not been timely

Dropbox overall has been very reliable. However, when we removed our desktops and moved to thin clients, Dropbox began having issues syncing across the thin clients. In fact, thousands of files were deleted at one point due in part to this thin client issue. While I cannot say with certainty what role Dropbox played in this issue, it was overall a huge headache for the organization.

Dropbox has been a great partner to work with both during the initial deployment as well as during our ongoing use / support. They have been very good at listening to our needs and use cases and helping us mold our solution to meet those needs. The product itself has been great to work with also. The deployment went very smooth and addoption among our uses was great. The product works as adertised with very few support issues along the way.

Service is very self-directed but also very intuitive and easy. Getting in touch with someone live for troubleshooting is difficult, but rarely happens.

Dropbox for Business is a highly effective tool for managing a cloud based workflow.

I've had problems accessing folders and sharing files, primarily due to the way Dropbox synchs with my files. It was filling up the hard drive on my laptop, so I had to unlink folders, which defeated the purpose of going to the cloud.

We tried dropbox for backup. It did not have a direct feature to backup NAS drives, then we dropped the plan.
