Overview Fantastic product and supplier. We have used Huddle for nearly 3 years now and it has really delivered process and cost efficacies throughout our organization. Whilst initially used in Group Sales & Bids team to optimize bid production it has grown organically throughout our company – with multiple back & front office functions using it. On average, Huddle has delivered a 33% operational efficiency saving and has grown from 50 licenses year 1 to nearly 500 years 3. Huddle as a platform • We initially utilized Huddle to drive process efficiencies in our Group Sales & Bid team. The platform allowed us to create searchable libraries for content & graphics whilst ensuring the necessary security and compliance standards were adhered to. • Beyond the content libraries, the ability to set tasks for users, insert document approvals and structure project specific workstreams greatly expedited our ability to respond to complex multi-regional bids. • As a number of our customers also utilized Huddle, we found over time that the platform extended throughout our entire sales process – from initial bid, then to implementation teams (both our company & new clients) through to being an actual CRM system. Huddle as a Supplier • Huddle has an excellent approach in regards to their customer roadmap. Their sales team took a very consultative approach during pre-engagement... ensuring the platform was fit for purpose and as client – we understand all features of the platform we are purchasing. • One of Huddles greatest strengths though is their customer success teams. They are very hands on and continual look for ways to innovate or improve their services. As our need for the platform grew, we worked in tandem with their account managers to ensure the platform evolved
