Syncplicity has been great for our organization. We typically call it our corporate dropbox; our users love to be able to synchronize documents across multiple devices, different people and also outside people. The have an excellent support team that has helped out tremendously every time have encountered a few bumps here and there. As an administrator of the application, I can easily manage rules, impersonate users, reset accounts and also have visibility to a number of tools that can help me troubleshoot issues with ease.

OK for sharing of data that does not change often. Very poor document change management (essentially no functionality).

We have to share information and colaborate with a sister company in Germany. This product allows us to adhere to German regulations with regards to where the data is stored. It also doubles for a secure why to backup our files.

The product has worked well in the enterprise. The deployment actually uncovered bandwidth issues at some of our smaller locations when the product was syncronizing with the content in users document folders. At times synching brought sights to a halt. So check the bandwidth of remote sites before deploying across the company. Once deployed, it is a great product and broadly used.

Syncplicity allows us to place a front-end to our storage area network and allows our field force to work from anywhere, using the device of their choice.

Our Syncplicity customer success manager was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful during our implementation and roll-out. He has always been available to us for any questions we may have and has been available to us 10 months after out roll-out. Syncplicity is very customer focused. The tool itself if fairly straight forward and provides a secure way for us to sync and share documents. Customer adoption has been slow but, we had a slow roll-out so we expected that.

Syncplicity's customer success team is key in our success. They have been with us every step of the way providing support and listening to our concerns. Their roadmap with new release information provides us with features before we can ask the questions.
