    Good vendor partner but some low level functions need improvement / added

    Vendor was overall decent but we did have some challenging times as we dove into the detailed requirements and execution.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Talk to the detailed level with business representation involved. Ensure the user experience is tested against use cases and the business signs off on any short comings.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    ease of use from our compliance and legal partners.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    complicated architecture for hybrid deployment (our data exists in a 3rd party data center).

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Helped us further understand the limitations of the product and how the architecture needed to look.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Ensure compliance, legal and security teams are all part of requirements gathering and ensure use cases are clearly defined and understood prior to signing contract.
