    Must have product for anyone concerned with end protection.

    Overall Comment

    Bromium is fantastic endpoint protection application. The software installation is very straight forward and relatively maintenance free. Bromium's sales and support team scores high marks in my book. They are very quick to reply and resolve issues. I particulary like that most issues can be resolved through email. Barring a few end user issues our implementation of Bromium went very well. The application works as advertised. We have seen our "infected client counts" drop drastically. I am thoroughly happy with Bromium in all aspects.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    End user training prior to roll out. This may help reduce support calls.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Very simple to install and maintain. The product functions as advertised. Very knowledgable support staff.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    I have found nothing I dislike with this product.

    Great security technology and vision, at an early stage with frequent updates

    technology was new and there were some growing pains. vendo provided excellent support and the technology performed well.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    weigh the costs vs benefits to your enterprise. ensure there aren't easy workarounds for end users to resist adopting the new technology

    very effective at preventing endpoint compromises and providing targetted intelligence.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    very frequent updates.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    focus more on stability vs product enhancements. perhaps this would lead to less frequent and more consistent updates

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    give the technology some more time to mature before implementation

    Our experiences with the vendor have been very good. Bromium is highly customer focused and delivered what was expected from them on time every time.

    Start with an existing customers base policy and customize it from there.

    The professional services/implementation team was fantastic.

    Mac support lags

    Start sooner

    By far the most effective protection solution I have seen to date.

    The vendor has been very responsive to our needs and willing to work with us on resolving technical issues identified.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    As with every security change in an environment, executive leadership sponsoring the effort is critical. The organization with a real desire and will to be secure will be very successful with a Bromium implementation. If leadership is only marginally committed to security and pushes back on even minor behavioral changes they will continue to leave holes in protection and fail to reach the level of protection possible with this solution.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The protection provided is absolute, regardless of the type of threat or malware.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The lack of reporting.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Reporting should be more robust. There is an incredible amount of threat intelligence captured and available in this solution, however, it's not very effectively leveraged to be available for reporting.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More communications with the end users would be driven earlier in the process. Although impact to the user is minimal, it is surprising how sensitive users are to even a minor change. Asking the user to take two extra clicks in a process throws them off more than what I would have ever expected.

    Assess end user behavior w.r.t. browsers and type of web applications being used.

    Marketing promise.

    negative impact on end user experience.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better support, applying their knowledge of the potential issues rather than letting us discover them. Do their own beta testing, don't hand it to us to do.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Understand the product architecture and how it would impact end user experience.
