    Good product portfolio but with some glitches.

    Overall Comment

    The capabilites you get in one package is great and the presales staff were very helpful.Support of the product has been difficult to qget a quick resolution.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure to test on specialized servers because you may need several exclusions setup. Example we are in mp3 business and it would not allow some of those server services run because it thought they were malware.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is modular so you can have all your security in a single client and control it from the management server.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The bugs in the software have really been hard to get fixed by support.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Give faster better support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Do more testing of the client on specialized servers.

    We have had to open several tickets and none have ever been fixed in less than 3 days.

    remote deployment was successful but found the status reporting to be a challenge.

    pre-deployment prep is extremely important for remote deployment in a large organizations with large # of devices with variety of OS versions.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    In detail deployment planning, including complete understanding of the OS version and training and preparation of IT Support staff is extremely important for deployment in large organizations.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    full disk encryption which mitigates the risk of data loss.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    streamline the data recovery process in case of device loss.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    increase focus on IT Support staff training for timely user resolution of user issues especially for timely recovery of data in case of device loss.

    Do a comprehensive research of market and vendors, use analysts as much as possible but focus intensively on your needs. The market is full of options and promises.

    Complete set of features with good support.

    Nothing to dislike.

    Vendor acted as promised.

    Plan a 3 years roadmap.
