    Works well, very easy to deploy and use.

    This product works well, very easy to deploy and use. Our agency has used this software for several years with no problems.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    If anything try it for yourself.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is so easy to use.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Not able to have more then one person using the management interface.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Maybe better reporting.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing different we would do it the same way.

    Good solid patching product that patches products

    Good product that automates patching of systems. Sometimes issues with patch updates not downloading and agents deploying. Good vendor support

    Spend time learning the product and it's interface

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Automates and simplifies patch management

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Interface is not always intuitive.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Continue to add reports and options. Customizations allow some good reporting though.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing, we will be deploying to rest of the entprise. Currently implemented on 350 stations will expand to another 500

    Talk to customers using the product and talk about vendor responsiveness.

    Difficult to implement.

    more availability.
