We are adequately satisfied with Kaspersky anti-virus solutions which have a proven track record in Bangladesh along with their local physical presence (through Officextracts) that ensures timely & effective support/advise when needed.
Kaspersky is better than the most locally available solutions but it (or any other anti-virus product) will not guarantee your security, you need to be vigilant and take regular backup of your data (specially for recent ransomewere threats).
Central depolyment and management.
Before deploying running a 'penetration test' and advice accordingly.
Would have followed the same way along with going for 'penetration test'.

Do a periodic pro-active assessment of security risks (atleast once a quarter) to confirm that the entire landscape is adequately protected. This gives additional confidence to customers.

Service and support by partner is excellent. Will appreciate quarterly risk assessement and reporting to help us confirm that entire landscape is perfectly secured.

The solution was easy to implement for desktop and vdi. Perfromance of our endpoints improved from the previous solution. Configuration options were straightforward for our environment. The only weak part is 0-day, as with all signature based solutions. Advanced threat management is improving but not on par with non signature based solutions.
Test the products in a real environment, make sure you balance security with performance.
This product covers our securty requirement.
In an ideal world, we would not need these products.
It would be good to stabilize the various product suites and not change the components all the time.
Nothing. this wag the best outcome for our risk profile at the time.
There are sufficient skills with resellers on the product that you rarely need the vendor.

The implementation and deployment of the products were smoothly due to good project planning and support. After sales support also very good. Have a range of solutions that cater our need.
For new customer, do start with small setup because there are lot of features build in. Customer need to have a knowledge on the dashboard, then can appreciate the value of the product. The best, is to a have POC.
Inventory checking and also device management function (BYOD)
Received a complaint that the solutions are "heavy". Heavy meaning that the solutions is taking more time to update their signature/patches. But surely, there are reason out of it. However, when people start complaining, they will start to compare with other solutions. There are also different agents for different OS Version. We are not sure with another solutions. Karspesky should have one agent to cover all type of OS.
Offer more periodic health check to the console, also review customers usage and advise customer on the usage status base on the report etc.
We would like to implement by locations and then wait the existing location fully successfull and then can proceed with another locations.
The principle and 3rd party vendor are doing a great job. They support each other in order to ensure their customers are happy. As end users, we are looking forward to use all the features in the solutions.
