Kaspersky implementation team was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the implementation process. In its default state, Kaspesrky Endpoint Security will try to block more apps than you would want to know about. There is probably no good strategy to avoid random helpdesk calls from users. However, you can minimize this negative impact by ensuring that all your most critical apps are added to the scan exclusion list ahead of time. Don't forget about small, but significant installation related to desktop and video collaboration as well as remote support apps. They wil most likely be blocked otherwise.

Fairly easy implementation - Documention was well thought out. I did have to disable some stuff to make internal programs work properly.

I like Kaspersky due to their experiencein the on-line security background. I find their products to be very straight forward.

Their support websites are based out of Russia and are blocked by some filtering technolgies; ie we blocked communications to Russian networks.

overall easy administration and good reporting. Wish it could handle more spam/malware as well

We are adequately satisfied with Kaspersky anti-virus solutions which have a proven track record in Bangladesh along with their local physical presence (through Officextracts) that ensures timely & effective support/advise when needed.

The solution was easy to implement for desktop and vdi. Perfromance of our endpoints improved from the previous solution. Configuration options were straightforward for our environment. The only weak part is 0-day, as with all signature based solutions. Advanced threat management is improving but not on par with non signature based solutions.
