    Implementation was easy!

    Landesk has always had an impeccable management system. Security is just another asset we needed in our healthcare organization.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Go with the TUM model and get everything from the beginning.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    I love how all parts of LDMS is inside one easy and convenient console.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Currently, Landesk is meeting or exceeding expectations.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Currently, Landesk is meeting or exceeding expectations.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have purchased the security portion from the beginning of LDMS a few years back.

    With the combined ticket system, phone support, and community, the support is fantastic.

    Purchase an adequate amount of professional services hours with LANDESK implementation specialist. Well worth the money.

    Ease of deployment and implementation.

    Not much to dislike.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide more LANDESK swag for team members.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Move to LANDESK last year.
