The client is extremely lightweight yet provides outstanding protection. Because of the small endpoint client, deployment is exceptionally easy. The web based management console is well laid out and easy to navigate.
Other products might provide equivalent protection, but none can do so as easily as webroot.
Great product, excellent price, great customer support
Higher level of false positives than other products I've used, but not enough that it's been any sort of problem
It would be great if they could integrate an IDS capability into the product, but that's more of a "wishlist" item
Nothing that I can think of
Very knowlegable and quick to respond.
The client is so small that deployment is a cinch. Normal AV clients are 50-200 MB in size and they require an in-house server to manage the deployment. The webroot client

Quick scan, small imprint on PC, user GUI is really easy to use. protected us from some very nasty attacks, could not recommend it enough. I now do not trust any other AV company out there.
Support is very quick to look at anything you throw at them, upper management get involved as well.
The product isnt marketed enough in my opinion, everyone that has not used this software seem to prefer to stick to companies that just upgrade the looks of their programs not how it functions in preventing the dangers in there.
none, vendor did everything we needed.
Had a probblem, called my contacts (leaving him un-named) had a support call back within minutes, issue fixed.
very easy install, no hiccups, no hassle, can be done via GPO push or manual install, takes less than a minute to show on the admin GUI and protects you straight away, first scan? takes less than 2 minutes and that was on a server.

The product is very easy to implement and maintain. Support is very responsive to issues we may have. The online administration console is also easy to use and makes administration very easy. Footprint of the installer is very small.
Small footprint and online administration
Allowed us to exclude folders from the virus checker (for our R and D department)
An excellent all round product that stands out amongst the competition
Installer is tiny and infallible.

Webroot is not only cost effective, less overhead (still has an unbelievably small footprint) but very, very effective. I keep recommending Webroot to all our employees and they all manage to clean their heavily infected home machines supposedly "protected" by other products. The only AV product that I can run on servers with no stress.
Don't hesitate, you won't look back after installing this one.
Speed, effectiveness, management console and price.
What do you mean.
I would implement it sooner.
The product is so good we never had to ask for support.

Very easy to install and manage. 30-day trial was essential in determining that this was the right product for us. I only had one negative experience with the interaction with another AV product. Part of it was due to a new release of the other product and the way it interacted with Webroot. The more negative experience was with technical support, which was eventually resolved.
