    Implementation was challenging due to COTS enhancements

    A lot of custom developments/enhancements after the product was purchased.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Identify and vet your requirements with everyone ... including external stakeholders.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ease of use and training aides

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The number of custom enhancements needed to fit our business needs.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide technical support throughout the implementation as part of the overall contract.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Determine the value of a COTS vs. custom development/enhancements. The requirements were identified, however, the implementation was challenging due to customer changes.
