    Make the business a key stakeholder in the deployment process

    Ease of use and configuration

    It's licensing model is a bit complex

    Had more resources at the beginning

    Manage the scope better

    Complex system. Looks to be a good implmentation.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure the hand off and training is adequate. Get your staff sufficient training to support the product, and form a IT Governance group.

    Compatability.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Document StoredIQ better.

    Nothing.

    Great product, difficult to implement, find a good third party implementer.

    The product is great, finding a good third party implementer is the difficult part.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Great product, make sure to get good requirements ahead of time and find a good vendor for implementation.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The product is pretty stable and doesn't require a lot of maintenance for upkeep.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Third party vendor is only after our money and is always looking for change orders to the contract.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide tier 1 support of configuration.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Fire our third party implementer earlier.

    Difficult to implement, 3rd party lacked experience and vision to successfully implement within the project schedule.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Define complete flow, it is a large product with multiple modules that all need to be implemented concurrently for successful implementation.

    It's a good data source for your agency when all the modules and components are implemented.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Reliable on codes and outdated UI

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Perform the implementation on schedule

    Employ phased implementation, with longterm vision, goals, and benchmarks.
