Infor's EAM is functional enough, if not entirely well laid-out. We were switched from hosted to cloud-based with not much warning, and no viable alternative. After the switch, we experienced many issues with their cloud services that affected production environments and led to downtime. This, in combination with relatively poor UX and UI design, has led many users to not like the software much.
The UX is not very good, so training and support will need to be more extensive, as it is not intuitive to use.
It's very functional and has great capabilities.
Its ease-of-use is not very good.
Spent more time in UX testing and design.
We would likely look at a different vendor/product.
