    Main issue is poor implementation of Windows standards. Not able to resize windows example

    Overall Comment

    System works as advertized, but after using for a while, looks like we have more options than we need. Poor implementation of Windows standards, however.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Opt to run parallel system as long as possible to give good experience with system before purchase.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Data integrety very good. Have not seen any instance of corruption of any data.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Again, Windows standards not supported as well as they should be.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Look closer at our full process and not focus on one aspect (finance aspect was main focus for vendor).

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Possibibly choose another system with better web access and better conformance to Windows standards.

    THE EBS PRODUCTS IS GOOD, BUT THE PERSONALITY OF IMPLEMENTAION IS NOT EASY TO DO FOR THE CUSTOMER.

    TRANSFORM TO THE CLOUD.

    THE WHOLE EBS SUITE.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    NOT EASY TO USE. NEED TO TRANING THE CUSTOMER.

    MUCH MORE CUSTOMERLIZE AND EASY TO USE.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    FOR OUR COMPANY, WE TRAINED OUR PEOPLE AND DO THE BUSINESS ANALISIS OURSELVES.

    EBS still the best ERP system out there.

    Overall Comment

    The product does what it supposes to do with globalization or localization emphasis. It is a mature product, better than much smaller software that cannot adapt to business growth. Any customizations and changes are not too easy to deploy. The approval experience can be enhanced with the mobile app that started rolling out.

    EAM with integration to core systems is the best fit.

    User interface sophistication can be confusing.
