    Product(s): Adoddle

The next step toward digital engineering

    Overall Comment

In the fields of document management, 3D model support and project management this single platform outperforms others which specialise in one of these tiers. We've not been able to find another single vendor supporting all 3 tiers in 1 integrated platform.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

We took globale visions and strategies, for instance the UK government and Commonwealth countries, the AIA, the Netherlands boards of infractructure and buildings and put them thogether as out long term goal. I think it's important to have that high level point on the horizon and then roadmap out the steps to get there.

What do you like most about the product or service?

The fact that we can collaborate borderlessly with unlimited amount of people or companies. That we can do that at the blink of an eye and that our users and clients are happy.

What do you dislike most about the product?

Adoddle is moving away from the old Asite user interface and many users only knew the old platform. So when speaking to pleople about Asite we had the new Adoddle interface in mind and while others had the old in mind. We setup a site showing the main features of the platform with videos which helped the uptake.

What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

Asite has been fully cooperative and really has listened to us. I think that's very important and looking at the main global players they just can't do that.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

As we already learned alot from the Box implementation we were able to overcome the same issues so we actually used the BOX adoption plan to get there. Most important is to start small, think big and to scale as fast as possible.
