From the onset the team at Box were customer success driven and held our hand throughout the implementation process. We were able to get our system up and deployed in reltively no time! Hat's off to the support team there at Box!

The box implementation manager had a wide array of resources pre-loaded into our instance to help our organization implement this solution. These resources included administrative documentation, training videos, detailed project planning, and pre-configured folders. Over the course of several weeks, other specialists were included to assist us with logging or compliance issues and we found a box to be extremely responsive. These also include pre- and post-deployment tools for our users including user guides, video training, and pre-constructed emails for communicating with our user base.

Box is a leading vendor in the EFSS space and is working to mature their product to meet the needs of ECM. We have been very happy with the expertise of both the senior leaders and the onsite consultants to help us enhance our productivity. Box has a number of rich features that we continue to explore (such as workflow and Box Desktop) that make us excited to believe this will be a true game changer for our user community in their ease to access their content wherever they need it. At the same time as governance strengthens, our Compliance teams will be more comfortable that we have the right controls around our data

Some issues between MAC OS initially, worked well with AD integration and SSO. Operats great over a mobile client allowing for anytime, anywhere access.

Box has been wonderful. I am constantly improving how our end users use Box and its use cases in our company. We will be phasing our file servers completely over the next year.

Although my firm had utilized Box before, we had been heading toward deleting it entirely and replacing it with DropBox. While there is some lag time in uploading large creative files to Box, we feel as a company that Box is the stronger of the two platforms as far as security and risk. Implementation was easy, and I do like the features Box offers - the only drawback is the "hassle" in uploading relatively large files (and since we do a lot of creative work, this can cause some headaches for team members).

Our experience with Box since launching it in within our organzation in 2013 has been fantastic. Onboarding was smooth, and taking advantage of things like SSO with Okta reduces the confusion end-users end to have when rolling out a new product. Box is essentially the digital Swiss Army knife of our organizaiton. It is used as a front-end (Box web app, Box apps) as well as being used as a platform with the Box API. We have continued to invest in Box with products like Box KeySafe which allows us to manage our own encryption keys.

So far I think we have had a great relationship. They're customer service is exceptional and their services are as well. I would like to see more innovation.

Box provided us with direct support from day one. The Customer Success Managers made sure we had all the knowledge available to us, and ensured we knew what we could and couldn't do right out of the Box. As new products rolled out, we were able to quickly adopt them, again thanks to the training and information provided by Box.
