    Product(s): M-Files

    Implementation was easy and it provided immediate busines value trhu process automation

    Overall Comment

    Although M-files did an amazing job and partnering with us for the integration, I believe a third party would be a better approach for an implementation of the applicaiton. M-files could act as the vendor SME and complete the team.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    M-files provides a free trial. Try it before you go into a full implementation. A small POC can help sell the product executive management.

    The workflows and virtual views

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Outlook and SharePoint online integration

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better integration with Outloo, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint online

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    1. Engage a third party for implementation 2. Define a road map for third party plugins to ease integration with other applications such as ERP, ETRM, etc.
