    Very efficient, complex customizations require prof services

    Overall Comment

    Very good product, a lot of ownership changes make navigation of support difficult at times. Overseas development presents some challenges for engineering support. Very fast and efficient product for document processing and OCR.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Understand your volumes before choosing vendor and how that changes licensing costs.

    Very fast and efficient processing

    Customizations complex based on aging technology.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    US based engineering and development support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More up front customizations with user interface.

    Product capabilities - overall comment

    This is a VERY fast processing product for what it does and how it pulls the logic in. Quite impressive.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Typical large corporation responses. Overseas devlepment makes it hard to connect on application issues. Not very responsive to secuirty concerns.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Went as typically these types of products go. The more effort you put in up front, the better the deployment.
