+ great product and vision for the future + future technology + international solution and customers all over the world + migration for documents from the previous archive to DOXIS - consulting (guidance and advice) can improve regarding best practise - differences between winCube and webCube result in unexpected high costs for programming / customization

The vendor is willed to adapt roadmap. The vendor is listening to customers needs. The vendor has a different mindset. Founded a steering committee on the management level. We had to convince the vendor concerning the client strategy. That means, we totally focus on WebClient. Vendor always proposed WindowsClient. Over a period of 1 year, the vendor has shifted the resources in the software factory from WindowsClient to WebClient. The vendor could have more resources (integration, customizing) available.

The provider is professional and internationally active. The communication works well. The SER solution is stable and flexible.
