    Vault is maturing and roadmap is very promising. Good experience so far.

    Implementation was easy but requires better integration with third party content systems.

    Implementation and planning were easy and actual system use has been very good with getting user adoption. The biggest issue has been around a specific use case of SSO and electronic signature.

    Full understand your content authoring and distribution processes and life cycles.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Enables life science organizations to implement fully validated solutions in less time with a minimum of traditional on-premise overhead and complexity.

    your locked in to the vendors echo system.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Depend on more time helping customers understand their roadmap and assist with system integrations.

    Spend more time architecting a full content lifecycle.
