    The project deployed all required functionality with minimal disruption to services.

    Overall Comment

    We had a good experience with the vendor and product. Just like with any complex projects, we had some issues which were resolved. Not all work was completed by system go live and additional work is underway.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Work with vendor to do a proof of concept with more than two agencies.

    It seems like that end users are liking the new product with some challenges.
