I'd like to see better access to all support documentation and regional/local users groups. Support is helpful, but better if you move up from their basic plan.

the single signon with a pin was much better than the separate passwords by a device used by the Good application.

My focus is on MAM. VMware and AirWatch seem to do a decent job with MDM. But they are definitely lacking in MAM expertise. Their products don't seem to be thoroughly tested upon release and issue resolution is extremely slow.

Good breadth of services and industry leader (upper right quadrant). Initial pricing very good. Willing to work with us on highly complex full on-prem deployment. Some functionality should have had additional testing/development before rolling out. Early wrapping functionality as an example. Multi-factor support needed in our environment.

They were very willing to support and train our staff. We were up and running in a pilot mode quickly. Most incidents were resolved quickly, but several took a considerable time (or could not be resolved). While this is an ever-changing environment, they have changed their architect and requirements several times while we have been with them.

was not a good experience with their technical support until we upgraded to top level of support.
