    System Install Easy \ User Adoption Challenges

    Overall Comment

    Overall experience was very good with AirWatch. Vendor was engaged during initial design and building of environment. After install vendor remained engaged during end uder roll out to user community. Vendor has remained engaged to educate on new features and benefits of system upgrades.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Communicate! Communicate! Communicate!

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of enrollment.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Android management.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better communication on known events.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Start user communication sooner and offer more informational sessions for educating user population on product and implementation.

    airwatch mobile management solution is very easy to use and implement.

    our experience with airwatch mobile management solution was very good. anytime we had issues with the application tech support was able to help us resolve the problem.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    if you need to manage older blackberry devices, look elsewhere.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    we liked the easy of use and simple graphical user interface for ease of navigation.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    overal I was pretty satisfied with the product. but I am sure there are other products out there that does the same thing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    other then not supporting older blackberry devices we were satifised with the result from airwatch product.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    one negative point was that it did not manage older blackberry devices. our organization may had choosen to go with blackberry 12 solution. since it was able to manage older blackberry devices and also andriod and IOS.

    Implementation was lengthy for the on-premise version.

    The product is very good but the support is a little segmented and on the slow side to handle issues.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The management of our mobile devices and reliability.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The installation process for on-premise installation.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We may have look more at their cloud version or another verndor prior to going with the on-prem version.

    AirWatch EMM is great with a few drawbacks

    Overall is great except they are growing so rapidly that customer service begins to suffer.

    Identify your need and select the solution to fit your need.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It meets or exceeds expectation with all the changes now and in the future.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Customer service is lacking especially when it comes to specialized areas.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Understand customer's need better.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Carefully review the design before implementation.

    Super-talented little brother grew up

    Overall Comment

    This upgrade went much more smoothly than previous upgrades. Addition on VMWare support model to Airwatch team is showing dividends

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Build a vision for the product set before you build it out. There is so much power in this solution that can be taken advantage of, but doing it iteratively can prove cumbersome if you do not lay our your administrative/security model out early with the end game in mind.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The Airwatch product provides a breadth of services and requires very little administrative overhead. Seemless self-activation is a real bonus as well, as is its multi-platform support.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The licensing model for this product is everchanging. You must stay on top of it, or you may not realize which features you actually own.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I would like to see more stability on the account rep front. We had a revolving door of account reps over the past 4 years. This should improve now that VMWare is part of the mix.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    If we could start over, we would build the fully integrated Horizon suite together from the ground up, including Airwatch. The interoperability of the total solution if breathtaking.

    AirWatch partnership was a key factor in our success

    Overall Comment

    AirWatch personnel have been professional, knowledgeable, competent and caring. Although account representatives did change more often than we preferred, the transitions were smooth. The solution worked well immediately and any technical issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take advantage of AirWatch pilot programs which run the full-featured product for a generous period of time. Have dedicated support personnel involved early in the process and ensure they are putting the pilot through its paces.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It just works and keeps getting better. The console features are built for the administrator and well organized.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Not sure what the VMWare purchase will bring.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Don't change account reps so often.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get a better understanding of the mobile devices being used and which ones would not work with AirWatch, and communicating those requirements to employees.

    product functions as advertisied with minimal management. Full integration with LDAP federation makes mgmt easy.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    product met expecations, Airwatch customer support however not very mature. Responsoive, but person censtric vs process centric.

    inability to wipe personal settings.

    Airwatch works well when it wants to.

    Airwatch works well when it wants to. We will randomly have weird issues that arise that create work stopage. Airwatch support is not really all that great.

    We were provided with a solid execution plan, architectural documentation and step by step assistance during the deployment process. Overall a very positive experience from the technical to the managerial and post-sales team.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Our success was measured on how end users perceived the project - focus on communication, privacy and security since the begining.

    The range of features and feature management.

    Have a Proffessional Services present at the site.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have to get a more exact understaning on the level of hands-on involvement from the AW technical team
