sales are lacking but engineers are great
Use the depth of the engineers knowledge, they are willing to go above and beyond, and keep on top of code upgrades
support, service, ease of use, very user friendly
the sales support is lacking, beacons batteries dont last as long as id like.
sales force seems to have high turnover rate and not good at communication.
Work with someone other than the sales rep I got, keep closer contact with my SE, as he was always willing to help no matter what.

Found Aruba along with the HPE partnership to be very involved in all aspects of the solutions deployment. They are committed to working with our organization to ensure we are successful.
wide scope of products and the ability to select only what we need was key.
complex solutions that requires a lot of time and effort in committing to the vendor in learning the various solutions
Strong product solutions catalog allowing for a complete solutions and giving us the ability to select what we need when we need it.
Work with both Aruba and VAR (TTI) team on service pre and post deployment support. Found them to be very good at identifying and supporting all issues that we encountered.
Found both the VAR (TTI) and HPE to be involved in the complete lifecycle of the solutions deployment. We had key access to senior Aruba executive management showing a strong commitment from the vendor.
