Implementation was fairly easy but more advanced options are sometimes hard to find and setup. Documentation can be hard to find. front line support is not great but 2nd and 3rd line support is excellent.

The useability of the application is second to none and the enrollment process was painless.

Software has worked reasonably well. When there has been an issue support is quick to resolve. Implementation was rather smooth. Minor administrative billing issue was ultimately resolved.

Implementation was very easy and the platform is easy to use. Support can be a bit tricky if you ask for something outside of anything that is regularly done by other customers.

The user experience has been inconsistent which has caused several executives to opt out of the platform rollout.

It has worked well since moving over to them. We run into some problems, at times, with people needing to share a single device.

MaaS360 meets all our requirements, support is very good, but per user cost should reduce.
