Vendor was not responsive at times to requests for technical help, requiring multiple requests. After being redirected, they were able to resolve the technical issues, but it took high level involvement to resolve.

Overall a solid product with some quirky issues to work through. Adding new devices is tricky and sometimes take multiple attempts to install and configure the app.

The MaaS360 implementation went very well. The product evolved over time and we were able to leverage the new features to imporve enrollments and the security stance of our mobile platform.

When we implemented MaaS360, it was actually owned by Fiberlink. They were a smaller company, so they were very eager to help customers, but weren't always able to provide support as quickly as needed due to staff limitations. IBM has improved the support process, but it still needs work.

Implementation was fairly easy but more advanced options are sometimes hard to find and setup. Documentation can be hard to find. front line support is not great but 2nd and 3rd line support is excellent.

The useability of the application is second to none and the enrollment process was painless.

Software has worked reasonably well. When there has been an issue support is quick to resolve. Implementation was rather smooth. Minor administrative billing issue was ultimately resolved.

Implementation was very easy and the platform is easy to use. Support can be a bit tricky if you ask for something outside of anything that is regularly done by other customers.

Not suficient control on data on the devices. Simple to use.
