    Successfull implementation of EMM

    Overall Comment

    The useability of the application is second to none and the enrollment process was painless.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Fully integrate the Cloud Extender with all AD groups, this will avoid one-off issues.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The iOS notifications.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Some emails do not properly resize for a mobile view.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Offered more licensing structures.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I would have structured the license purchase differently. We bought in bulk instead of a gradual enrollment model.

    Feature rich tool with excellent training and support

    Overall Comment

    Software has worked reasonably well. When there has been an issue support is quick to resolve. Implementation was rather smooth. Minor administrative billing issue was ultimately resolved.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Keep it simple. Don't trry and get cute too soon.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Easy to use. Can't say enough about their service - fantastic!!!

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Ultimately the tool has considerable more features than I need but, that's not their fault.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Rolled out the solution befroe it was fully operational. I'd wait until I was sure we were ready. We had a few bumps early.

    We're certainly not a power user. It more than meets our needs.

    Clearly, in my estimation, their strong suit.

    Implementation was very easy and the platform is easy to use. Support can be a bit tricky if you ask for something outside of anything that is regularly done by other customers.

    Not suficient control on data on the devices. Simple to use.

    Focus on data and user simplicity.

    Does noe separate between business and privat data on BYOD.

    Protect the data better.

    Focus more on the data to be protected. Less on things.

    Implementation was simple, end user experience disappointing.

    The user experience has been inconsistent which has caused several executives to opt out of the platform rollout.

    Understand the product and have non-technical staff help determine if the MDM is intuitive or addtional implementation or documentation needs to occur before a mass rollout.

    ability to lock down the device quickly

    inconsistent user experience with mail

    offer the newer client versions sooner

    we would probably look at more product and include more user testing

    This product was a perfect fit for our organization. Per user cost should reduce though.

    MaaS360 meets all our requirements, support is very good, but per user cost should reduce.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Phased rollout would be better for user adoption.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Enterprise Apps Store, Containerization and Mobile Device Management.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Per user cost is not attractive. This will force users to look for better viable solutions.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    During our usage period, the initial vendor Fibelrlink got acquired by IBM. It took some time to stabilize. They could have done it in a better manner so that the transition from Fiberlink to IBM in a customer point of view could have been smoother.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Start small pilot and slowly expand the footprint to the rest of the users based on business case.

    Work with the vendor regarding the roadmap and understanding the depth of all use cases that MDM would meet.
