The product is not the leader, and still has a way to go to catch up with some others in the space, but the vision around total endpoint management drives me to the solution.
Determine what functionality is critical - LANDESK is not the best mobility product, but it may do what you want or need it to do, and the rest is extra functionality that you will never use.
Unified endpoint solution for all client devices.
Does not provide some level of functionality that it available in other solutions, that we would want to take advantage of.
Develop at a faster rate.
Held off on trying Avalanche and just waiting for LANDESK 2016.
For the needs we have, we are satisifted with the solution, The additional integration and use of LetMobile is also a key differentiator.
LANDESK has provided excellent support in the past, and the use of our Technical Account Manager has assisted in providing that consistent support.
The ability to see all client devices associated to a customer is extremely valuable, and provides a more consistent management and support solution.
