    Implementation has been straightforward. Managing devices seems fairly painless.

    It has worked well since moving over to them. We run into some problems, at times, with people needing to share a single device.

    This product was a perfect fit for our organization. Per user cost should reduce though.

    MaaS360 meets all our requirements, support is very good, but per user cost should reduce.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Phased rollout would be better for user adoption.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Enterprise Apps Store, Containerization and Mobile Device Management.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Per user cost is not attractive. This will force users to look for better viable solutions.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    During our usage period, the initial vendor Fibelrlink got acquired by IBM. It took some time to stabilize. They could have done it in a better manner so that the transition from Fiberlink to IBM in a customer point of view could have been smoother.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Start small pilot and slowly expand the footprint to the rest of the users based on business case.

    implementation is pretty easy, web profile install is simple.

    This has been a great learning experience on how to use mobile device management as I never had any knowledge of it. Working with IMB and MAAS360 has taught me a great deal.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be familar with the product before implementing.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ease of profile install from the web. Have the MDM policy set so that as soon as the MDM profile is installed, all the user needs to do is put password in and email is automatically set up.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The fact that the outlook app downloaded on smart phones doesn't mesh well with MAAS360 and sees as two devices which goes against your license count.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have had some additional trainning before going live and add additional onsite specialist to assist with issues and setup of policies and compliencies.

    Product works as advertised. No standout innovation that would make it stand above other products.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Talk to other companies about their experiences, don't rely on just the white papers or the references provided by the vendor.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Simple to use and train admins. Easy to deploy. Very simple for end users.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We explored a particular need for fleet users. Will re-evaluate to include business users as well as fleet users.

    Product was very easy to configure and deploy. Vendor offered plenty of assistance to guide us through the process.
