Implementation was easy. UI and features getting better. Documentation could be better in the details. Managing multiple customers is easy.

Good documented software, works very simple (after initial configuration). After some intial issues (which were ultimately solved by Sophos support) we also managed to get SCEP working for our iOS devices.
On-premises installation can be some work so if the situation permits a demo of the cloud version will cost much less effort.
Integration with Active Directory (through LDAP).
LDAP configuration is not very easy if you need more filtering, this could however also be a case of less experience with LDAP instead of a Sophos issue.
Would have loved more 'application proxy's' like the build-in exchange active sync proxy.
First line support lacked experience, after some 'pushing' second line/level support provided more help.
Good documentation available.

The tool is simple to use and does the job of managing our devices.
Do get oversold by a vendor. Think of the functionality you really need and don't buy what others think you might need.
The ease of use. I need to work with the tool like once a month and could handle a complex tool.
Define the policies in advance and not implement and adopt.
In general very good response from the support hotline. In early 2015, the support had a longer waiting time before the support could be reached. This has been resolved with time.
We deployed our ~25 devices at that time within two days

Implementation was straightforward and the consulting provided by Sophos was a great help. The tool is still maturing in its feature offerings.
Evaluate your environment for Android support needs. Product works well with iOS but struggles with non Samsung hardware.
Support has been responsive and knowledgeable.

Sophos seems to be behind in this market. The Application is hard to maneuver.
Test out several other vendors. Do not stick with what is supplied in an existing enterprise agreement.
It's included in our Enterprise Agreement.
We would work with other vendors.
The configuration to do this, is too much effort. We are using it minimally.
I have reached out to managers in order to have tickets resolved.
We purchased additional hours to implement the software. It doesn't seem to be as straightforward as expected.

Product support is shaky, they have trouble finding answers to basic questions.
Use a consultant to help setup the service, make sure to go through some actual setups as part of the testing.
Easy to setup.
Not the easiest product to use.
Put more documentation out on the product.
We would do the same, the cost was just too good to pass up.
Its basic, but that is all we need.
They struggle to answer some questions. Much better luck with their consultant division.
Easy to activate, hard to deploy to users.
