Vendor support is great. Software is great, can use a few fixes but whenever something needs to be added, the SOTI team is right on top of getting it implemented
Be very thourough in what type of service you want to be provided from EMM, there's good and bad to each
The wide range of devices that are supported
Limitations on apple platforms
I wish it was a little bit easier to get remote support, RDC to fix a problem, we do alot of troubleshooting
Kept a cloud environment to test each version before the release

We got assistance in a timely manner from SOTI support. The product was very easy to deploy and meets all of our needs.
The administrative interface is easy to understand, navigate, and use. No poking around multiple layers of menus to locate desired fucntionality.
Compared to the other MDMs we evaluated, it met all of our requirements, was easier to deploy, easier to manage, and easier to use.
Got quick answers and talked with some very knowledgable engineers.
The product is very easy to deploy and tweak as we learned more of what our users needs were.

Excellent support from the technical and commercial support , very friendly and competent people. Mobicontrol is covering all our needs in terms of EMM , and it's also very easy to use and has a lot of interesting functionnalities , we highly reccomend this solution.
If you have a large mobile parc., just buy Mobicontrol , Also if you have android devices, Mobicontrol is the best EMM for this operating system because it has a lot of functionalitis that other vendors don't have.
the support (on-site and the hotline), easy to install, rich functionnalities, easy to administrate, french language available, the reports, admin utility to easy diagnose problems.

before mobicontrol we had Airwatch where we managed iOS devices, unfortunetly, after buying Mobicontrol we continued using Airwatch to enroll iOS device . If we could start over, we would abandon Airwatch and migrate the iOS device to Mobicontrol immediately.
We are very satisfied , we even did a conf. call with the vice president of SOTI.

Poor technical support and technical integration options. No clean software release roadmap
Define requirement list and ask vendor to validate each of requirement.
Support different devices including handheld.
Support and API integration.
Review requirement list and perform a true RFP/RFI
